Maybe we should wait until Missouri University Professor Frank Bowman is ready to retire then tell him he is broke and will live on social security the rest of his life or work until he drops dead. Maybe he will then see the value of such a sentence as detterance for future executives comtemplating the theft from so many.

You have a point. However 25 years is a way too long. But then, you will also have to appreciate the lives ruined by such corporate frauds. It’s worse than holding up a bank and rob a few million dollars.
