No eyebrows are raised today at the thought of women going out to work. Plenty of lip service is paid to the idea...

1. They customer service person answers and when he found out I wanted cancel, he suddenly didn’t not speak english very well.
2. They put you on hold until you give up. I have waited as long as 30 minutes and finally gave up.
3. You can’t just email a cancel request, you have to call their 866 number, listen to a long list of options and are advised the wait time is over 30 minutes.
4. They continue to debit my checking account for payment and the bank says I have to pay a stop payment fee to stop their debit and go after them to get my refund..of course you cannot not ever reach them.
Yikes!!!
I am still trying to cancel.
