Mafia moll Monica Bedi has found solace in her family who claims she is an innocent girl who was emotionally trapped by mafia don Abu Salem. They further corroborated Monica’s denial that she was married to the gangster. This outraged Salem and he cried before the CBI during interrogation that they were married in Los Angeles.



Bobby, Monica’s brother, claimed that his sister’s relationship with the gangster and Mumbai blast accused was just that of a friend and had nothing to do with his ‘dealings’.



He further added; ‘We have requisitioned the services of a good lawyer. My sister cannot go astray. The only case against her concerns her passport. She has already suffered for that in Portugal. We will be traveling to India to be near her’.



Monica, earlier, had wrote a letter to the Prime Minister citing that she was just a sweet sixteen at the time when the Mumbai blasts were carried out allegedly by Abu Salem et al and she had nothing to do with the thugs terror ways.
