To boost UPA’s chances in the third phase of Bihar elections, Manmohan Singh will be campaigning along with RJD’s Lalu & Rabri Yadav.



The Congress-RJD led Secular Democratic Front is upbeat that he will make a difference to the elections, the third phase of which will be held on November 13 when 57 of 243 constituencies vote.



Congress president and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, who had campaigned during the first phase as well, would be in Bihar on November 10 for four meetings at Araria, Benipatti, Chanpatia and Chapra.
