The hearing in the Ayodhya demolition case, in which BJP President L K Advani and VHP chief Ashok Singhal are among the accused, was deferred to Dec 10 as no witness turned up at the court on Saturday.
The Special CBI court posted further hearing in the Babri Masjid demolition case to Dec 3 after none of the witnesses appeared for the hearing.
Charges in the case were framed against Advani, former Union ministers M M Joshi, Uma Bharti, Singhal, former state BJP president Vinay Katiyar, VHP leaders Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Sadhvi Ritambhara on July 28
Hearings of various cases related to Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid have been procrastinated from ages.
In this particular case, one wonders if at all the cases would be completed during the lifetimes of those accused.
