Cock and Bull. Right phrase for what the CBI is saying or leaking. It is groping in the dark and continuing to detain two people in gross violation of their human rights in the name of investigating the case. Even if they make a case out of this one against one or both Dr Talwar or Krishna, would they be able to prove anything in the court of law? So far, the Noida police have done just marginally worse than the CBI, but just.

The CBI have not filed a single chargesheet ahainst anyone they have accused whether it is Dr. Rajesh Talwar or Krishna. They continue to be in remand. Rajkumar's detention is completely illegal. Why is the court allowing CBI to whip out a confession from all three, or two, or one of them? This is ridiculous.

Let CBI conclude its investigations. We should not jump at conclusions on the basis of our wild imagination or heresy, spread successfully by the media, in particular the electronic one. So far every one has goofed. We should not enter into their shoes. It is better if we wait for the CBI conclusion. The same mistake we have done earlier in the Nithari (Noida) case. We held Pandher guilty. The media trial has become a pastime in this country. I am not holding brief for the CBI. But please do not indulge in the game of media game. Is it not unfortunate that the New Media (Blogging) has too started working like the MSM?

Many times it is better that they take time in filling chargesheet and other legal proceedings. I too believe that it is more of media trial than a fair one.

Had CBI been forced to take too fast actions then by now some innocent would have been behind the bars.

It is better to allow 9 criminals roam free than to allow 1 innocent person get punished.

So in place of going wild with the media frenzy it would be better if we allow authorities to do their job properly.

There is little doubt now that the complete truth about Aarushi murder will never be known. After so many theories having been hurled back and forth, any new story is believable and unbelievable in equal measure. So, we can never be sure, no matter who says what.
