Dunno what to say. Methinks all this is a big sham, this CBI investigation. These guys know how to keep a mystery
under wraps and then kill it there. First RIZWANUR and now ARUSHI. Great going CBI. Methinks CBI is once again going to publish its investigation in the favour of one particular class. Lets still hope and wait for the final unravelling of the mystery behind the greatest murder mystery of contemporaray times, (although one cant expect much justice going by the past dubious records of the CBI) and til then hope that JUSTICE GETS DELIVERED!!!

The Arushi Hemraj murder case is not as complicated as the CBI is making it look like. Neither it was that easy or open and shut as the UP/Noida Police made it look to be. Prima facie it appears that the CBI is trying to change the direction of the investigation from the real facts. I have a feeling that the poor helpless servants would eventually be hung.

I was just watching Aaj Tak where they were featuring a secret interview with the first investigating officer who reached the crime scene from Noida police. He was saying something that looked to be true. He said that there was no sign of struggle and it looked from every angle that she was killed while she was asleep. There were blood stained marks on her legs suggesting that the killer held her legs when she was kicking in the air after being slaughtered like a chicken that flutters when its neck is slit. It was a well planned thought out murder.

People in Bangladesh especially in big cities like Dhaka are interested too. This case has become like Bollywood blockbuster with all the spice and twists. This will end just as boringly with the killer being none other than someone we already suspect.

Poor Krishna and Rajkumar. In Western countries the CBI would not have stood a chance because of a single minute's illegal detention of both of them. But here they are forcing and coercing confessions out of them. The Talwars are fine and innocent. The ones to go to the gallows are mere servants. Well done CBI. You have followed the highest traditions of the Indian societal system where the rich and the famous can get away with murder most foul.

You are right Hemant, rich and spoiled make and break laws in India. They are out of bounds for our police system.
I wonder if Indian Law forcing Agencies are meant to protect common people or only rich people.
